1) Who is responsible for your information

Evalua Studio LLC is the controller of personal information processed through the PawSight mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service").

2) Scope and age requirement

This Notice applies to adult PawSight account holders, website visitors, prospective users, support correspondents, and people incidentally included in content a user submits. PawSight is for people aged 18 or older. Do not submit another person's information unless you have the right to do so.

4) Why we use information and our legal bases

Account, pet-profile, assessment, and subscription information is necessary to provide the features you request. You are not required to provide optional media, location, feedback, or audio-feature inputs, but the related feature cannot work without its required input. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5) AI processing and important limitations

PawSight uses automated processing to generate informational pet-health guidance and source citations from the context you submit. If you request optional audio, the minimum text needed to provide that feature is processed for that purpose. PawSight does not persist the returned audio.

We do not use customer assessment content to build advertising profiles, and we do not use submitted photos, video, audio, or symptom text to train our own general-purpose AI systems. Ordinary assessments are automated and are not routinely reviewed by a human. Authorized personnel may review the minimum necessary information when responding to support, investigating abuse or security, complying with law, or validating service reliability.

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified operational information for product measurement, security, debugging, and reliability where permitted by law. We maintain measures designed to prevent information treated as de-identified from being associated with a person and do not attempt to re-identify it except when permitted to test those measures.

PawSight does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you. Its output is informational, may be inaccurate, and is not a veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Consult a licensed veterinarian for professional advice and urgent care.

6) Functional analytics and crash diagnostics

Functional analytics is limited to pseudonymous screen titles, functional event names, and automatically generated app/device/session information. It does not receive your PawSight account identifier, chat or assessment content, precise coordinates, or pet information. We do not use analytics for advertising, profiling, cross-service tracking, or automated decisions.

Optional analytics is disabled until you make a choice. On the website, you can choose through the analytics notice and later reopen Analytics preferences from the footer. In the mobile app, you can choose from the first-use analytics prompt and later change Share app analytics in the app menu. Refusing analytics does not limit the Service. Your choice is stored on your device, and withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection from that device.

Crash diagnostics is separate and is used for reliability and affected-user support. Your PawSight account identifier may be used only to locate a crash report when assisting you. Access is restricted to authorized support and engineering personnel. The identifier is not reused for analytics, advertising, or profiling. Chat questions, generated answers, and error objects are excluded from analytics events.

7) Who receives information

We disclose only the information needed for the documented purpose to these categories of recipients:

• hosting, storage, authentication, security, recovery, and automated-processing service providers;
• limited functional-analytics and crash-diagnostics providers;
• subscription, purchase, payment, entitlement, and app-distribution providers;
• optional audio and other specialized providers required for a feature you request;
• an identity or platform provider when you choose to use its sign-in or platform service;
• authorized software-development and deployment service providers;
• authorized professional advisers, insurers, auditors, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or transaction parties where legally required or reasonably necessary.

These providers process information under their applicable service agreements and data-processing terms. We may replace a provider with another provider that performs the same function under appropriate contractual and security controls. We do not copy production customer data into development or test environments.

Information may also be disclosed or transferred as part of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction. A recipient may use it only subject to this Notice or another notice and choice required by law.

8) No sale, behavioral advertising, or public disclosure

PawSight does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not sell pet-health information or uploaded media to data brokers. User assessments and pet profiles are not made public through PawSight.

9) International transfers

Evalua Studio LLC is a United States company, and PawSight's service providers process information primarily in the United States and, where necessary, other jurisdictions in which they operate. Your information therefore may be processed outside the country where you live.

Where European Economic Area transfer rules apply, we use an applicable adequacy decision or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into provider terms, together with proportionate technical and organizational safeguards. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use an applicable UK International Data Transfer Agreement, UK Addendum, adequacy regulation, or another permitted safeguard. You may request information about the applicable safeguard using the privacy contacts in Section 1.

10) How long we keep information

A documented legal hold may temporarily suspend deletion only when necessary for a binding legal obligation, claim, security investigation, or regulator request. Recovery copies age out on their normal schedule and are not restored to active service after deletion.

11) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, private storage, protected credentials, restricted production access, and limited operational logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.

12) Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

• access and receive a copy of your personal information;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete information or your account;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive portable information you provided to us;
• withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
• appeal a decision on a privacy request where applicable; and
• complain to a data-protection or privacy regulator.

You can update profile information and manage device permissions in the app or device settings. You can delete your PawSight account from the app's navigation drawer by selecting Delete Account. You can also submit a request to support@pawsight.pet or zoltan@evalua.studio. Include the email associated with your account and a description of the request. We may verify your identity proportionately before acting.

We respond within the period required by applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If a right is subject to an exception, we will explain the outcome where required. To appeal an eligible denial, reply to our response with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

EEA rights and complaints

If the GDPR applies, you may complain to the supervisory authority where you habitually live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. A list is available from the European Data Protection Board. You may contact either Evalua Studio LLC or its EU representative before or instead of making a complaint.

UK rights and complaints

Where UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

United States state privacy rights

Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to confirm whether we process their information; know and access the categories or specific information we hold; correct inaccuracies; delete information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal an eligible request denial. The exact rights and exceptions depend on your state and whether the law applies to Evalua Studio LLC.

PawSight does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We do not offer a financial incentive or price difference in exchange for personal information.

You may exercise rights using the in-app controls or the contacts in Sections 1 and 16. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require signed authorization or other proof of authority and may verify your identity directly where permitted. We use verification information only to process and document the request. To appeal an eligible denial, reply to our response with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

California privacy disclosures

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to Evalua Studio LLC, the table in Section 3 describes the personal-information categories collected from consumers and their sources. In CCPA terminology, those categories may include identifiers; categories described by California Civil Code section 1798.80; commercial information; internet or other electronic-network activity; geolocation; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; and inferences. Precise geolocation and account credentials may qualify as sensitive personal information. Sections 4 through 7 describe the purposes and recipient categories, and Section 10 gives the retention period for each record type.

During the preceding 12 months, we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16; PawSight is restricted to users aged 18 or older. We use sensitive personal information only to provide requested features, maintain account and Service security, prevent fraud or abuse, and perform other purposes permitted without a right to limit under the CCPA. We may disclose each category described in Section 3 to the service-provider categories in Section 7 for those business purposes.

California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures, subject to statutory exceptions. They also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, use an authorized agent, and receive non-discriminatory treatment where those rights apply. Because PawSight does not sell or share personal information and does not use sensitive information beyond the purposes described above, there is currently no sale/sharing or sensitive-use activity requiring an opt-out link.

PawSight does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing use. The app and website are not designed to track browsing across unrelated services. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized; a signal does not change our practices because PawSight does not engage in behavioral advertising or sale/sharing. Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, applies to a future practice, we will honor it as required by law.

California disclosures last reviewed: August 24, 2026.

Other U.S. disclosures

We do not sell covered information as "sale" is defined under Nevada privacy law. Residents of other states may use the same request methods described above for any access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, or appeal right available under their state law.

Canada

Where Canadian privacy law applies, you may request access or correction and may withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to legal and operational limits. Withdrawal may prevent a feature from working when the information is necessary to provide it.

13) Device permissions

Camera, microphone, photos/files, notifications, biometrics, and location are controlled by your device. PawSight requests a permission in context when a related feature needs it. You can change the permission later in device settings, but that may disable the feature. Biometric authentication is performed by your device; PawSight receives the success or failure result, not your fingerprint or face template. Location is collected only in the foreground when you grant access and use a location-based assessment feature.

14) Children's privacy

PawSight is not directed to children and is restricted to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 or knowingly permit a person under 18 to maintain a PawSight account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information to PawSight, contact support@pawsight.pet. We will investigate and delete the information when required. Do not submit a child's image, voice, location, or other personal information through an assessment.

15) Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice when our Service or legal obligations change. We will publish the new version and effective date here. For a material change, we will provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. When required, PawSight will ask you to review and accept the updated Notice before continuing to use affected features.
