PawSight - Privacy Statement

Important: PawSight is an AI-powered application. This Privacy Statement explains how data is collected, used, protected, and how you may request deletion of your personal data.

This Privacy Statement describes how PawSight (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the PawSight mobile application and related services.

PawSight is authored and maintained by Zoltan Csontos and Katarina Nogradiova.

4) No Sale of Personal Data

PawSight does not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information under ordinary business operations.

Data processed by PawSight is protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest, where supported by the underlying platform and infrastructure.

6) Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or improve functionality. Retention periods may vary by data type.

7) Data Deletion & Removal Requests

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your PawSight account, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational limitations.

We may require reasonable verification of identity before processing the request. Certain data may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational needs.

8) Third-Party Services

PawSight uses third-party services for cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and AI processing. These providers may process data on our behalf subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

9) California & U.S. Privacy Rights
